Shipping Policy
After received the order we need 8 to 10 business days for delivery plants. Minimum 4 days for processing the plants and Minimum 4days for shipping.
We are shipping all over India via various of courier services. We are always use express mode for delivery. After shipping customer automatically get product tracking information in customer’s mobile phone number.
Return Policy
If you have receive any kind off damage plants or products from our side, You need to send the video and images to us within 24 hours of receiving the products or plants. After checking of your images and videos we need time to arrange for pickup the products, After received the damaged products we need to verify the products.
If products are damaged definitely We refund full plants amount with your delivery charges. No Issues about that.
In Case, we arrange pickup for products and after receiving the products we can see its no damages or there was no faults from our side or no damages or anything from our side,, it’s totally occurred from your side then refund is not acceptable.
Refund Policy
If you have receive any kind off damage plants or products from our side, You need to send the video and images to us within 24 hours of receiving the products or plants
If we have seen ours products damaged due to transport . We will refund full damaged plants amount within 24 business hours. Customer will get full refund amount to main source payment account.
Cancellation Policy
The order cannot be placed or processing without completion of payment. However, the seller can reject to take order.
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
In case of any cancellation from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for your orders.
Treesseller reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Treesseller also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
